Bazillions of Guns: Rocket-launching shotguns, enemy-torching revolvers, SMGs that fire lightning rounds, and tons more. Take on the lawless desolate planet Pandora in pursuit of powerful alien technology: The Vault. I think this DLC deserves a 4/5, and it is a nice "goodbye" for The Pre-Sequel as this will be the last major DLC.Discover the co-op shooter-looter that started it all, crammed with content and enhancements! Equip bazillions of guns as one of 4 trigger-happy mercenaries, each with unique RPG skills. Still, this isn't going to detract from the overall score of the game though.Īll in all, this DLC is definitely worth your time if you are a Borderlands fan or have The Pre-Sequel, especially if you want another good Borderlands story. I know it's not really a big deal, but I would've liked to at least have one unique raid boss instead of using the final boss as a raid boss. The next thing I wanted to talk about is that there are no raid bosses. I welcome a challenging boss fight, but it feels like the boss's health isn't scaled properly to the player's level. It is a well designed fight and can be really fun, but I struggled to beat the boss while I was playing with my level 40 character on normal mode while I went through most of the DLC without much trouble. Gamepad support: Borderlands 2 supports both the Xbox 360 wired gamepad AND the PlayStation 3 Dualshock 3 Wireless Controller. I won't spoil anything for those who haven't played it, but the final boss fight I feel is too difficult. However, there are a few knit picks I have, which are my personal opinion. This content is part of the Season Pass and will be available to Borderlands. ![]() There aren't too many things I don't like about this DLC, in fact, I love this DLC. As bonus content, this download also includes the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack, which raises the level cap and gives your characters 10 new levels plus 10 new skill points to earn' Please Note: Add-on Content, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is required to play. Also, it may just be me, but the gun fights between you and the enemies seems faster paced and more intense than the default game, which in my opinion, is really fun and feels more like Borderlands 2's combat. ![]() The glitch effect is random and can really spice up the gameplay and makes it more fun. There is a new pink rarity that adds a "glitch" effect to the weapon. The story was handled very well and fits with the comedic tone of Borderlands. I personally feel the story is pretty good and it also allows for some funny and insane moments since you are in Claptrap's mind. The story begins when Handsome Jack discovers that there is something insanely powerful inside of Claptrap's mind, so he shrinks down one of the vault hunters to go and retrieve it for him. The brand new Claptastic Voyage and Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2 is the latest DLC for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and is easily the best DLC for it, and in my opinion, one of the best Borderlands DLCs. ![]()
